Responsibilities
- Administer and support Azure, Oracle Cloud, and hybrid environments
- Configure and manage Cisco/Aruba routers, Layer 2 & Layer 3 switches, VPNs, VLANs, and dynamic routing protocols
- Manage Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, and Linux environments
- Monitor, maintain, and optimize cloud infrastructure, backups, and security services
- Troubleshoot network, cloud, and infrastructure issues to ensure high availability and performance
- Implement patch management, compliance controls, and security best practices
- Monitor systems using tools such as SolarWinds and maintain service availability targets
- Coordinate with ISPs, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve connectivity and service issues
- Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and operational procedures
- Participate in infrastructure projects, upgrades, migrations, and technology improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Technology related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years of hands on experience in Network and Cloud Administration
- Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud networking
- Deep knowledge of Cisco networking, VPNs, VLANs, routing, switching, and Aruba/Meraki wireless solutions
- Experience with Windows Server, Linux, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
- ITIL, CCNP, Azure, OCI, or other cloud certifications are highly desirable

What We're Looking For

- Familiarity with AI powered IT tools and automation is a plus
