Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Active Directory, including user provisioning, de provisioning, GPOs, and access control.
- Manage Microsoft Exchange Server environments, mailbox administration, and troubleshooting.
- Administer Veritas Enterprise Vault for email archiving, retention, and compliance.
- Manage Microsoft Hyper V environments, clustering, replication, and high availability.
- Administer Citrix Cloud Virtual Apps, application publishing, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Manage SCCM for software deployment, OS deployment, patching, and compliance reporting.
- Implement and maintain Ivanti Security Controls for vulnerability remediation and patch management.
- Administer Veeam Backup & Replication and Commvault backup solutions.
- Execute backup verification, disaster recovery planning, testing, and restoration procedures.
- Support and manage HPE Synergy infrastructure and HPE Rack Servers.
- Monitor system health, performance, logs, and alerts.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and infrastructure standards.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in system administration / infrastructure administration.
- Strong hands on experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Hyper V, Citrix, SCCM, Ivanti, Veeam, Commvault, and HPE infrastructure.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage critical enterprise systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Must own visa and EID and be locally available in UAE.
