Responsibilities
- Perform advanced L3/L4 troubleshooting across enterprise network and security environments
- Manage and resolve critical incidents, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and drive service restoration
- Lead vendor coordination and escalation for complex infrastructure issues
- Provide technical support to project and operations teams for network and security related initiatives
- Represent the GBM Support Team and provide infrastructure support for DIB environments
- Plan and execute weekend maintenance activities, including upgrades, migrations, and change implementations
- Prepare upgrade proposals and ensure successful deployment with minimal business impact
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in network and security engineering
- CCIE Written Certification/Qualification
- Hands on experience with Cisco Nexus & Catalyst Switches, Cisco SDA & DNA Center
- Experience with Palo Alto Firewalls & Panorama
- FortiGate Firewall experience (Mandatory)
- Experience with Load Balancers with GSLB & WAF (F5 / Citrix ADC)
- Experience with Cisco ASA & Firepower (FTD/FMC)

- Hands on experience managing large scale Cisco data center and campus environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting, incident management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience working with enterprise firewalls, load balancers, and security platforms.
- Ability to lead critical incidents and coordinate with multiple vendors and cross functional teams.
