Are you a customer-focused IT leader with strong experience in service delivery, managed services, and stakeholder management?

We are looking for an experienced

Service Delivery Manager

to lead high-quality IT service operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

📍 Position: Service Delivery Manager

📌 Experience: 5+ Years Salary Budget-17K AED with Single Benefits

🎓 Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Systems / Equivalent

🗣 Language Skills: Fluent in

Arabic Must Have

📜 Certification:

⭐ Preferred: Project Management Certification

  • 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end IT service delivery operations for managed services clients.
  • Ensure SLA, OLA, KPI, and compliance targets are consistently achieved.
  • Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and manage expectations.
  • Lead governance meetings and service review calls with clients.
  • Manage MSP resources, performance, utilization, and training plans.
  • Ensure business continuity through efficient IT support operations.
  • Drive service improvement plans and continuous operational enhancements.
  • Coordinate with internal delivery teams, transformation teams, vendors, and partners.
  • Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide regular reporting dashboards, metrics, and executive updates.
  • Assist with growth planning, customer expansion opportunities, and strategic roadmaps.
  • Promote high customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution.
