- Design, develop, configure, and maintain SAP EHS Product Compliance solutions
- Implement SAP EHS functionality to support REACH and other global product compliance regulations
- Configure SAP EHS modules to meet business and regulatory requirements
- Develop custom enhancements, reports, interfaces, and workflows within SAP EHS
- Support Product Compliance processes including REACH SPRC Functional requirements
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations
- Analyze regulatory requirements and translate them into SAP EHS solutions
- Support regulatory reporting and compliance documentation
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Prepare functional and technical specifications
- Perform unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment
- Provide ongoing application support for SAP EHS Product Compliance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related discipline
- 7–10 years of SAP EHS implementation and development experience
- Strong hands on experience with SAP EHS Product Compliance
- Experience implementing REACH SPRC Functional solutions
- Experience supporting enterprise compliance and regulatory initiatives

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced SAP EHS Developer with strong expertise in SAP Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Product Compliance and REACH SPRC Functional to support enterprise compliance initiatives.
- The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of hands on SAP EHS experience, including Product Compliance, REACH regulations, configuration, development, and implementation.
- The role involves designing, developing, configuring, and supporting SAP EHS solutions to ensure compliance with global environmental regulations while collaborating with business users and technical teams to deliver scalable, high quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain SAP EHS Product Compliance solutions.
- Implement SAP EHS functionality to support REACH and other global product compliance regulations.
- Configure SAP EHS modules to meet business and regulatory requirements.
- Develop custom enhancements, reports, interfaces, and workflows within SAP EHS.
- Support Product Compliance processes including REACH SPRC Functional requirements.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Analyze regulatory requirements and translate them into SAP EHS solutions.
- Support regulatory reporting and compliance documentation.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Prepare functional and technical specifications.
- Recommend improvements to existing SAP EHS processes and system functionality.
- Design scalable and efficient SAP EHS solutions aligned with business objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 7–10 years of SAP EHS implementation and development experience.
- Strong hands on experience with SAP EHS Product Compliance.
- Experience implementing REACH SPRC Functional solutions.
- Experience supporting enterprise compliance and regulatory initiatives.
