Description
Analyze, evaluate, enhance, and support systems and processes for asset integrity, maintenance, inspection, and operational excellence.
Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Translate business requirements into system solutions that improve efficiency, data integrity, and decision-making.
Workplace
- Workplace is identified as on-site in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
Education and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in oil and gas, petrochemical, utilities, or industrial sectors.
- At least 5 years on Saudi Aramco projects is preferred.
SAP requirements
- Strong hands-on SAP Plant Maintenance experience covering equipment masters, functional locations, maintenance planning, inspection planning, and work orders.
- Experience with custom SAP developments and integrations.
- Knowledge of ABAP, OData, CDS Views, Workflow, Smart Forms, Adobe Forms, BADIs, and BAPIs.
- Experience with SAP Fiori/UI5, SAP BTP, and RAP developments.
Data and industrial systems
- Advanced Power BI development and reporting experience.
- Strong SQL skills for extraction, validation, and reporting.
- Experience with PI System or similar industrial data historians.
- Understanding of ETL and integration between operational and enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of AI/ML applications for predictive maintenance and asset integrity.
Business systems analysis
- Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, testing, and implementation.
- Ability to manage enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate end-to-end resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze requirements and recommend system improvements and automation.
- Support, enhance, and optimize SAP PM and related asset management systems.
- Develop Power BI dashboards and business reports.
- Coordinate with business users, IT teams, and vendors.
- Lead workshops, document requirements, and support testing and deployment.
- Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with company standards.
Preferred certifications
- SAP S/4HANA Asset Management (PM), SAP BTP, or SAP Fiori Associate certifications are preferred.
- Microsoft Power BI PL-300, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, NACE/AMPP, API 510/570/653, or ISO 55000 certifications are preferred.
