Job Overview

  • DP World is hiring a Senior Sales Executive – Logistics & Freight Forwarding in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
  • The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving commercial growth by acquiring new customers, developing existing accounts, and maintaining strong relationships within the assigned market segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, and transportation.
  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of customers by increasing revenue, shipment volume, and profitability.
  • Develop a strong sales pipeline through market mapping, prospecting, customer visits, and opportunity conversion.
  • Provide customers with suitable import, export, freight forwarding, and end to end logistics solutions.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify commercial opportunities, customer trends, and potential risks.
  • Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and regional commercial teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Prepare customized customer solutions, pricing proposals, presentations, and standard operating procedures.
  • Maintain accurate customer, pipeline, and sales activity records through the CRM system.
  • Conduct regular customer business reviews and resolve commercial or service related concerns.
  • Ensure pricing accuracy, healthy profit margins, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics, shipping, freight forwarding, or transportation.
  • Strong knowledge of import and export processes, customs procedures, shipping lines, and supply chain operations.
  • Experience using CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Commercially aware, results oriented, and capable of identifying and converting business opportunities.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast paced and target driven environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid driving license (if applicable).
