- Manage and oversee daily operational activities to ensure smooth execution of tasks and achievement of departmental objectives.
- Monitor operational performance and SLA compliance, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Plan, prioritize, and allocate resources effectively to maximize productivity and operational efficiency.
- Drive process improvement initiatives by analyzing workflows, eliminating bottlenecks, and implementing operational enhancements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve issues and prevent recurring operational challenges.
- Ensure compliance, quality assurance, and risk management by maintaining adherence to regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Analyze operational data and perform reconciliations to identify discrepancies, ensure data accuracy, and support informed decision making.
- Prepare management reports, dashboards, and KPI analyses to provide insights on operational performance and business outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including government entities, to address operational issues and ensure effective communication.
- Manage projects and operational initiatives, monitoring milestones, tracking action plans, and supporting system and automation implementations.
- Lead, coach, and develop team members, fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous performance improvement.
- Enhance customer experience and operational excellence by addressing customer pain points and promoting innovation, automation, and best practices.
