Responsibilities
- Ensure that the invoices are created and submitted to the ship repair companies within a reasonable time frame
- Make sure that the clients and business partners are aware of the billing invoices and accounting policies of DMC
- Responsible for providing invoice information to internal and external auditors as directed by the department manager
- The payment allocation of each invoice should be informed to DMC Finance
- Responsible for reviewing and approving each invoice before issuance including verifying all data entered against the available records
- Generate and prepare statements of accounts for ship repair companies
- Prepare, monitor and manage the budget of the Reservations Dept
- Continuously track outstanding accounts with customers and follow up with customers to clear the accounts receivables and escalate to the Reservations Manager when necessary

Job Description
