The Senior Executive - Sales is responsible for business development and driving business growth by promoting the sales of company’s HORECA and Textile products, including blankets, duvets, pillows, hotel supplies and other similar products, to clients within the GCC.

This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing quotations, and coordinating closely with production teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.

The Senior Executive - Sales acts as the key link between customers and internal departments, ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall revenue growth of the company.

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Independently identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Generate leads, follow up with potential clients, and convert them into long-term customers.
  • Promote HORECA and Textile products sales to existing and most importantly to prospective new clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with key accounts and decision-makers in the industry.
  • Conduct regular client visits to understand their requirements, provide product recommendations, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, quotations, and order follow-ups.

3. Market & Competitor Research

  • Monitor market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide feedback and reports to management on emerging market needs, pricing trends, and product development opportunities.

4. Order & Production Coordination

  • Coordinate with the production, import and export, planning, and quality teams to ensure timely order execution.
  • Ensure clear communication between clients and internal teams regarding specifications, timelines, and quality requirements.
  • Track orders from confirmation to delivery and resolve any issues promptly.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate sales records, strong and convertible pipelines, and customer databases in CRM
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, including forecasts and performance analysis, for management review.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales, preferably within the textile manufacturing/production sector or in the HoReCa industry
  • Knowledge of textile production processes (fabric manufacturing, dyeing, finishing, printing) is a strong advantage.
  • Passionate to sell anything with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Good negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.
  • Ability to prepare competitive quotations and commercial proposals.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
  • Customer-focused and result-oriented mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines simultaneously.

Working Conditions

  • Based in the UAE with frequent client visits (factories, showrooms, and offices).
  • Regular international travel within the region is expected.
  • Regular coordination with production teams, suppliers, import and export and logistics partners.
  • Typical working hours with flexibility required to meet client deadlines.
