Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting the strategy to increase the UAE project market sales of the organization's products, coordinating with Client, Consultant and Contractor to achieve the sales targets (value and volume) and growing the organization

Responsibilities

1.

Analyze the UAE project market to ascertain the projects sales opportunities for Porcellan tiles.

2.

Collect enquiry/RFQ and review the requirements.

Identify available products meeting the client’s requirements.

3.

Submit proposal once sample has been obtained meeting the approval from the client, consultant and contractor.

4.

Prepare the product selection and quotation as per the specified project and within the discount agreements as per the company’s policies.

5.

Manage the negotiations, order taking and delivery process to ensure customer high satisfaction.

Working closely with the other Sales Executives, ensure the payment and delivery terms are as per the company’s policies.

6.

Interface with the Supply Chain, Quality, Production and Marketing teams to satisfy customer needs and requirements.

7.

Follow up on invoices and ensure delivery is completed as per the contract, achieving high customer satisfaction.

8.

Follow up with the customers on the collection of the payment and update the concerned accordingly .

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years' of Tiles sales experience
  • Proven history meeting or exceeding quota and closing sales
