Overview

Job Responsibilities

  • Research and identify new business opportunities.
  • Visit prospective customers to show samples or catalogs.
  • Develop and respond to proposals for customer requirements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to understand customer requirements.
  • Work with customer to establish common goals.
  • Keep informed on industry news and trends.
  • Negotiate prices or terms of sales agreements.
  • Open new customer accounts.
  • Improve sales and profitability through dealer network.
  • Advise dealers and distributors on policies.
  • Inform customers of delivery schedules and warranties.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide reports.

Job Requirements

  • Min. Higher Secondary, Diploma; Bachelor degree would be preferable.
  • Min 3 years in the UAE.
  • Customer and Personal Service knowledge.
  • Sales and Marketing knowledge.
  • Market Knowledge.
  • Proficient in English; Arabic and Hindi an added advantage.
  • Persuasion, Active Listening, Negotiation, Social Perceptiveness skills.
