About the Role
Al Rostamani Group in Dubai seeks a Digital Marketing Specialist to improve sales performance through digital presence across all platforms. You will plan and execute SEO/SEM, social media, email, and display advertising campaigns, and manage website content.

Responsibilities
- Establish an annual plan for digital presence and communication covering all digital platforms
- Identify priorities by brand and layout necessary activities under budget
- Monitor, measure, and report on effectiveness of digital activities and suggest adjustments
- Plan and execute all digital marketing including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
- Develop and maintain permanent company online content (website, LinkedIn)
- Regularly update website to improve web performance in Google search listings and Google My Business
- Grow customer acquisition and retention on digital and social media channels; feed leads into CRM
- Liaise with company vendors to collaborate on joint online activities and ensure compliance with guidelines
- Look for new digital opportunities to improve company presence
- Ensure all communication, POS, and customer facing literature comply with Corporate Identity guidelines
- Analyze, monitor, and prepare performance reports after each digital campaign; assess ROI and KPIs
- Monitor and report on competitor activity and relevant market information
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent; marketing specialization preferred
- 5 years experience with 2 years in digital marketing (employment or freelance)
- Experience in Social Media Management / Marketing & Digital Marketing
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC/CPC, Website Management (WordPress, CMS, HTML, CSS), Google Analytics, GMB, and digital CRM management tools
- Excellent influencing skills
- Strong knowledge of social media
- Strong command over MS Office
- Fluent in English and Arabic (bilingual)
