Our client, a well-established UAE-based distributor of electrical products, is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth in cables and cable accessories.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, MEP companies, developers, traders, and industrial customers
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales for cables and cable accessories across project and trade channels
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to payment follow up
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in line with customer requirements and project specifications
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and project execution
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales forecasts, and regular pipeline reports
Requirements
- 3–6 years of sales experience in the UAE electrical industry
- Proven experience selling cables and cable accessories
- Strong network with electrical contractors, MEP contractors, consultants, panel builders, traders, and project clients in the UAE
- Good understanding of project sales, tendering, and technical quotations
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Valid UAE driving license

Overview
- Our client is a well established UAE based distributor of electrical products and solutions, serving contractors, consultants, developers, panel builders, and industrial clients across the region.
- They are currently seeking a Senior Sales Executive to drive business growth within their cables and cable accessories portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, MEP companies, developers, traders, and industrial customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales for cables and cable accessories across project and trade channels.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to quotations, negotiations, order closure, and payment follow up.
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in line with customer requirements and project specifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing, product availability, and successful project execution.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining healthy profit margins.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales forecasts, and regular pipeline reports.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of sales experience in the UAE electrical industry.

Compensation
- Salary: AED 7,000 – 10,000 per month
