Role Purpose
Plan and sell to customer head offices and enable field operations teams to execute in-store fundamentals and sales business plans.
Develop assigned customers' and brands' businesses while achieving company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop customer agreement elements, deploy them to field teams, and monitor monthly compliance.
- Manage service levels and resolve customer database, stock, and related issues.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with customer head offices.
- Develop and execute joint business plans for customer and company objectives.
- Update customer share reports and scorecards monthly.
- Identify business-building opportunities at customer and store level.
- Coordinate account reconciliation and customer receivables with Finance.
- Build relationships with key customer stakeholders.
