About the Company
AmCan International Group distributes specialty wellness products across the MENA region through more than 3,000 points of sale in over 18 countries.
The company represents global brands in sports nutrition, vitamins, and healthy snacks and operates integrated ERP, physical, and IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update sales, inventory, delivery, and operational data in the system and Excel sheets.
- Prepare and maintain daily and weekly Excel reports.
- Follow up with drivers on deliveries, collection schedules, and required documents.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team on order preparation, dispatch, delivery status, and stock updates.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure documents are properly filed.
- Support Operations and Supply Chain with administrative and reporting tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least two years of experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.
- Experience in the FMCG, trading, retail, or warehouse sector.
- Experience in warehouse management and operations.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and data organization.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow up on pending tasks.
