About the Role
AmCan International Group seeks a Data Entry Clerk to manage and update sales, inventory, and operational data.
Responsibilities include preparing reports, coordinating with drivers and warehouse teams, and maintaining accurate records.
The role involves ensuring data accuracy and supporting operational and supply chain teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update sales, inventory, delivery, and operational data accurately in the system and Excel sheets.
- Prepare and maintain daily and weekly Excel reports.
- Follow up with drivers regarding deliveries, collection schedules, and required documents.
- Coordinate and follow up with the warehouse team regarding order preparation, dispatch, delivery status, and stock related updates.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documents are properly filed.
- Support the Operations and Supply Chain team with general administrative and reporting tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar role.
- Experience in the FMCG, trading, retail, or warehouse sector.
- Experience in Warehouse Management and Operations.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and data organization.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow up on pending tasks.
