About AmCan International Group
AmCan distributes specialty wellness products across the MENA region through more than 3,000 points of sale.
The company represents global brands in sports nutrition, vitamins, and healthy snacks.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve sales, forecast, and collection targets across assigned territories.
- Support demand planning and maintain forecast accuracy.
- Train pharmacists, salespeople, and trainers on the brand portfolio and customer segmentation.
- Manage account relationships, planogram compliance, product availability, visibility, and stock reallocation.
- Monitor prices, expiry dates, promotions, and competitor activity.
- Implement POSM and ensure company brands are listed and actively sold.
- Open new accounts and cover cities and remote areas across Saudi Arabia.
- Submit regular plans and reports and finalize monthly orders on time.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of field sales experience, preferably in sports nutrition, consumer health supplements, or FMCG.
- Solid knowledge of the Saudi retail landscape across pharmacies, supplement stores, gyms, hypermarkets, and gas stations.
- Valid Saudi driving license and transferable Iqama.
- Comfort with reporting tools and Excel-based follow-up.
Preferred profile
- Existing relationships within the fitness or gym channel.
- Background or genuine interest in sports nutrition and fitness.
- Results-driven, self-managed, and comfortable working across multiple cities and remote areas.
- Strong communication and product detailing skills.
