Role Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for VRF solutions within assigned territory and market segments.
  • Manage the full sales cycle including customer engagement, project identification, technical discussions, proposal preparation, negotiation, and order closing.
  • Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and key clients to position Carrier VRF solutions.
  • Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and pricing strategies.
  • Coordinate with application engineering and technical teams to develop optimized solutions and ensure compliance with project specifications.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to management.
  • Support product promotion, marketing campaigns, and customer presentations to strengthen Carrier's presence in the VRF market.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and sales governance procedures.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HVAC sales, preferably in VRF.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, particularly VRF technology and applications.
  • Proven experience in project sales and key account management within the HVAC industry.
  • Strong technical and commercial understanding of consultant specifications, tender processes, and project execution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams.
