Responsibilities
- Ensure that main contractors, technicians, and subcontractors comply with all safety guidelines and regulations on site
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by identifying concerns and implementing corrective actions
- Report directly to the Project Engineer and execute tasks according to project schedule
- Follow up with consultants for approval of technical submittals
- Coordinate and monitor the delivery of project materials
- Conduct site surveys for project estimation and planning
- Coordinate with customers for Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
- Perform site supervision, system testing, commissioning, integration, and final project handover
- Carry out wiring, termination, testing, and commissioning of BMS and Chiller Plant Control Systems
- Prepare and maintain all project documentation and reports throughout the project lifecycle
- Submit reports and timesheets accurately and on time
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation, or related technical field
- 4 5 years of relevant experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC controls, or similar industry
- Strong knowledge of HVAC control systems, BMS products, and Chiller Plant Management Systems
- Experience in testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and system integration
- Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong computer proficiency and technical documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Qualifications & Requirements
