Responsibilities
- Prepare quotation or proposals and follow up on service sales enquiries (e.g. service repair, maintenance contract proposals)
- Lead negotiation at optimum profit levels
- Achieve order booking in a timely manner meeting consistently sales metrics and annual targets
- Manage existing customers and develop new customers, and understand customer's business status, look for business opportunity and foster good customer relationship for service revenue growth
- Connected service sales by providing professional proposal, offerings and technical support in related to digitalized service
- Responsible for payment collection
- To ensure proper acquisition of sales opportunities and meeting financial targets
- Prepares the monthly sales forecast according to the Service Requirements and presents it to management
- Executes customer visit schedules
- Interact with customers to increase sales, increase market share, increase product awareness, and educate customers
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HVAC Aftermarket sales
- Mechanical Engineering degree (HVAC knowledge)
- Sales Experience in Western region (Jeddah, Makkah)
- This role is only for Saudi nationals
