Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations or proposals and follow up on service sales enquiries (service repair, maintenance contract proposals)
- Lead negotiation at optimum profit levels
- Achieve order booking in a timely manner meeting sales metrics and annual targets
- Manage existing customers and develop new customers, understand customer's business status, look for business opportunity and foster good customer relationship for service revenue growth
- Connected service sales by providing professional proposal, offerings and technical support related to digitalized service
- Responsible for payment collection
- Ensure proper acquisition of sales opportunities and meeting financial targets
- Prepare monthly sales forecast according to Service Requirements and present to management
- Execute customer visit schedules
- Interact with customers to increase sales, market share, product awareness, and educate customers
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HVAC Aftermarket sales
- Mechanical Engineering degree (HVAC knowledge)
- Sales experience in Western region (Jeddah, Makkah)
- Saudi national

Role Overview
- Sales Engineer Aftermarket for Carrier in Jeddah.
- Support sales activities and customer relationship management for service and aftermarket business (Service agreements, Service Repairs).

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HVAC Aftermarket sales
- Mechanical Engineering degree (HVAC knowledge)
- Sales Experience in Western region (Jeddah, Makkah)
