- Identify and develop new business opportunities for VRF solutions within assigned territory and market segments
- Manage the full sales cycle, including customer engagement, project identification, technical discussions, proposal preparation, negotiation, and order closing
- Build strong relationships with consultants, contractors, developers, and key clients to position Carrier VRF solutions in upcoming projects
- Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company pricing strategies
- Coordinate with application engineering and technical teams to develop optimized solutions and ensure compliance with project specifications
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to management
- Support product promotion, marketing campaigns, and customer presentations to strengthen Carrier’s presence in the VRF market
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and sales governance procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in HVAC sales, preferably in VRF
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, particularly VRF technology and applications
- Proven experience in project sales and key account management within the HVAC industry
- Strong technical and commercial understanding of consultant specifications, tender processes, and project execution
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams
