About the Role

Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations or proposals and follow up on service sales enquiries (e.g. service repair, maintenance contract proposals)
- Lead negotiation at optimum profit levels
- Achieve order booking in a timely manner meeting consistently sales metrics and annual targets
- Manage existing customers and develop new customers, understand customer's business status, look for business opportunity and foster good customer relationship for service revenue growth
- Connected service sales by providing professional proposal, offerings and technical support in related to digitalized service
- Responsible for payment collection
- Ensure proper acquisition of sales opportunities and meeting financial targets
- Prepare monthly sales forecast according to Service Requirements and present to management
- Execute customer visit schedules
- Interact with customers to increase sales, increase market share, increase product awareness, and educate customers
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree (Mechanical Engineering is preferable) or MBA
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience in HVAC industry
- Selling service contracts and Service sales experience in HVAC industry
- Strong Sales and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English & Arabic
