Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long term customer relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Drive new business development and grow existing accounts
- Manage direct sales of Residential & Light Commercial HVAC products (DX AHUs, Condensing Units, Rooftop Units, Ducted & Split Systems)
- Support the successful execution of large and complex projects from opportunity identification through delivery
- Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities to increase market share
- Follow up on quotations, understand project needs, and propose suitable solutions with application engineering support
- Prepare, review, and submit technical proposals, submittals, and contracts
- Negotiate pricing, discounts, and payment terms in line with company financial policies
- Coordinate with factories on pricing, equipment availability, ordering, and deliveries
- Manage the full order to delivery cycle, including invoicing and payment follow up
- Monitor competitors, gather market intelligence, and generate new leads
- Conduct regular customer visits and maintain active communication
Requirements
- 5–7 years’ sales experience in Unitary Products (DX AHUs, Condensing Units, Rooftop Units, Ducted & Split Systems)
- Strong track record in the Saudi market; experience in Riyadh Region preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Results driven, customer focused, and passionate about sales

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
