Role Overview

  • The Senior Sales Engineer will report to the Head of Sales for Modernization, Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop mutually beneficial relationships between KONE and strategic or nationally/locally important customers.
  • Proactively identify solutions and develop processes that add value to customers.
  • Manage opportunities with current and new customers and close deals to meet customer needs while maximizing KONE’s order book and profitability.

Are you the one?

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Industrial).
  • Minimum 5 years’ Service or Modernization Sales experience within the Elevator & Escalator industry.
  • Highly motivated, goal oriented, diligent, organized self starter with orientation towards high level of customer service.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze customer needs.
  • Passion for sales, with proven track record in handling Key Accounts and strong customer focus.
  • Excellent English communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • UAE experience is preferred.
