About the Role
ELMECH ENERGY is looking for a dynamic Senior Sales Engineer with a strong background in industrial piping and fittings for B2B sales across the GCC. The role involves delivering sales plans, managing strategic accounts, leading tenders, and mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities
- Deliver assigned regional sales plan for piping and fittings, including revenue, gross margin, and order intake targets
- Build and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts across EPC contractors and end users for assigned region
- Lead the tender and RFQ cycle end to end: qualification, technical clarifications, pricing strategy, commercial negotiation, and contract closure
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline in CRM; deliver accurate forecasting and monthly performance reporting
- Coordinate cross functionally with procurement, QA/QC, and logistics to ensure technical compliance and on time delivery
- Monitor regional project pipeline; advise on stocking, sourcing, and inventory positioning
- Mentor and develop junior sales and inside sales staff as assigned
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, client events, and project kick off meetings
Requirements
- Minimum 5 6 years of profitable sales experience in industrial piping materials in the GCC region
- UAE sales experience within the industry is preferred
- Strong understanding of flanges, fittings, and pipe systems (SS and CS)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- UAE Driving License preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and chase ambitious company targets
