Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue customer quotations with accurate pricing and specifications
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiate within approved margins, and convert leads into confirmed sales orders
- Process sales orders in the ERP system, ensuring technical and commercial accuracy
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to secure on time delivery
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, responding promptly to all inquiries
- Track order status end to end and keep clients updated at every stage
- Support the sales team with market pricing intelligence, trends, and competitor analysis
- Source materials from approved local and international suppliers
- Request and evaluate supplier quotations on price, quality, lead time, and certification compliance
- Issue purchase orders and secure timely order confirmations
- Monitor supplier performance against specifications, standards, and delivery commitments
- Coordinate import shipments, shipping documentation, and customs clearance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in steel trading (carbon steel/stainless steel preferred)
- Experience in both sales support and procurement is highly desirable
- Understanding of steel products grades (e.g., SS304, SS316, A36 etc)
- Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail, especially with technical specifications

Inside Sales Coordination

Procurement Coordination
- Source materials from approved local and international suppliers

- Issue purchase orders and secure timely order confirmations
- Monitor supplier performance against specifications, standards, and delivery commitments
- Coordinate import shipments, shipping documentation, and customs clearance
- Maintain optimal stock levels aligned with sales forecasts
- Act as the central liaison between suppliers, customers, logistics providers, and internal teams
- Resolve order discrepancies, delivery delays, and quality issues end to end
- Support finance with payment follow ups and procurement documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain management or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in steel trading (carbon steel/stainless steel preferred)
- Experience in both sales support and procurement is highly desirable
- Understanding of steel products grades (e.g., SS304, SS316, A36 etc)
