About the Role
ELMECH ENERGY seeks a Quality Control Engineer for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. The engineer will ensure piping and fittings products meet quality standards through testing and inspection, execute QA protocols, and collaborate on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Ensure piping and fittings products and processes meet high quality standards through rigorous testing and inspection
- Execute quality assurance protocols and identify production issues
- Analyze data to detect trends or inconsistencies
- Collaborate with cross functional teams for continuous improvement
- Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and implement corrective actions
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of piping material standards and construction codes (ASME, ASTM, BS EN, DIN, NACE, etc.)
- Ability to assist QC Managers and Senior Engineers in inspections and testing
- Support day to day QA/QC activities including inspections, documentation, and coordination
- Assist in preparing and maintaining QA/QC documentation (ISO documents, calibration records, inspection reports)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP systems is an added advantage
- QC related certifications (AWS, CSWIP, NDT, ISO) are an added advantage

Role Description
