About the Role

Responsibilities
- Deliver assigned regional sales plan for piping and fittings, including revenue, gross margin, and order intake targets
- Build and manage a portfolio of strategic accounts across EPC contractors and end users for assigned region
- Lead the tender and RFQ cycle end to end: qualification, technical clarifications, pricing strategy, commercial negotiation, and contract closure
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline in CRM; deliver accurate forecasting and monthly performance reporting
- Coordinate cross functionally with procurement, QA/QC, and logistics to ensure technical compliance and on time delivery
- Monitor regional project pipeline; advise on stocking, sourcing, and inventory positioning
- Mentor and develop junior sales and inside sales staff as assigned
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, client events, and project kick off meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Piping Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience in industrial piping, flanges, fittings, and valves
- Demonstrable closure of project orders in GCC oil & gas, petrochemical, or power sectors
- Established commercial network with procurement, project management, and engineering teams at operators and major EPC contractors
- Proven track record of leading tender strategy and negotiating large value contracts under EPC commercial terms
- Fluent business English
- UAE driving licence required
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM platforms
- Arabic is an advantage
