About the Role
ELMECH ENERGY is looking for a Junior Logistics and Shipping Expeditor to coordinate shipping schedules, manage logistics documentation, and monitor shipments in Dubai. The role requires 4+ years of GCC shipping and logistics experience, knowledge of Incoterms and customs documentation, and proficiency in Mirsal.

Responsibilities
- Organize and facilitate the storage and distribution of goods
- Involved in transportation, stock control, warehousing and monitoring the flow of goods
- Creation and execution of Import / Export / Transfer BOE, document submission to customs and filling of documents
- Post Documentation, preparing export invoices, packing lists under letters of credit, tracking shipments, co ordination with suppliers and clients
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to shipments and transactions
- Analyse customer data to develop understanding of their shipment profile and service requirements
- Perform other office related duties as and when required within the pricing, operations departments with guidance and support
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years GCC Shipping & logistic experience with operational and/or commercial mindset
- Good knowledge about Incoterms, customs documentation and general shipping & logistics documentation and approvals

- Aware of Mirsal 1 – 11
- Post Documentation, preparing export invoices, packing lists under letters of credit, tracking shipments, co ordination with suppliers and clients
- Strong knowledge of international shipping, customs regulations, and documentation procedures
- Able to handle day to day activities and on time communication with all involving parties
- Possess sound organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work within fast paced and assertive team
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Good knowledge in handling Basic MS package, ERP experience will be an added advantage
- Analyse customer data to develop understanding of their shipment profile and service requirements

Role Description
- This is a full time on site role for a Junior Logistics and Shipping Expeditor located in Dubai.
- The role involves coordinating shipping schedules, managing logistics documentation, arranging transportation, and monitoring shipments for timely delivery.
- The Expeditor will collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure a seamless supply chain process, addressing any delays or issues as they arise, while maintaining compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications and Skillset
