Sales Engineer – Rotating Equipment / Aftermarket Services

  • Drive sales development and business growth for rotating equipment aftermarket services including pumps, compressors, valves, seals, and related solutions.
  • Identify and develop new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients across the UAE industrial B2B segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular customer visits, technical discussions, and solution based selling to address client pain points effectively.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, cross selling opportunities, and pipeline growth plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance, tender outcomes, and market trends, and recommend corrective actions to improve win rates.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence, competitor activity, pricing trends, and upcoming project opportunities.
  • Support techno commercial proposal development, estimation, bid coordination, and tender documentation.
  • Manage client communication, ERP/CRM updates, reporting, and coordination with internal departments (sales, service, engineering, procurement).
  • Participate in branding, marketing activities, exhibitions, and client engagement initiatives to strengthen market presence.
  • Ensure strong commercial awareness, negotiation capability, and understanding of contracts, financial basics, and HSE compliance standards.
