- Develop and update Enterprise Risk Management policies, frameworks, and guidelines
- Conduct awareness sessions and workshops to promote risk management practices
- Provide guidance to organizational units in preparing departmental risk registers
- Prepare periodic risk monitoring reports

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, or related field
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in risk management, internal audit, governance, compliance, or related fields

Role Purpose
- To contribute to the establishment and enhancement of the Department’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and ensure the effective implementation of risk management strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in risk management, internal audit, governance, compliance, or related fields.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and update the Risk Appetite Matrix and Enterprise Risk Assessment Matrices.
- Develop and update Internal Control Assessment Matrices.
- Review and maintain the Enterprise Risk Register.
- Develop and update Enterprise Risk Management policies, frameworks, and guidelines.
- Conduct awareness sessions, workshops, and meetings to promote risk management practices.
- Provide guidance and support to organizational units in preparing and updating departmental risk registers.
- Periodically review risk response plans and assess effectiveness.
- Prepare and maintain the consolidated Enterprise Risk Register and identify top 10 enterprise risks.
- Prepare periodic risk monitoring reports.
General Responsibilities
- Coordinate with relevant organizational units to document, update, and improve operational processes.
- Participate in operational activities to achieve departmental performance indicators.
- Contribute to SWOT analysis.
- Participate in developing operational objectives.
- Identify personal training and development needs.
- Support business continuity planning.
- Participate in identifying, assessing, and evaluating risks.
- Perform any other duties assigned.
