- Drive growth across multiple product lines and markets
Requirements
- 12+ years of banking experience
- Strong background in Financial Institutions Coverage, Global Markets, GTB, Corporate Banking, or Lending
- Proven experience driving cross sell, client penetration, and revenue growth initiatives
- Experience across Turkey and/or Egypt markets preferred
- Exposure to client lifecycle transformation, onboarding, or operating model enhancement initiatives
- Strong understanding of FI client needs and banking product ecosystems
- Knowledge of Lending, GTB, Cash Management, and Global Markets products
- Experience designing cross sell and coverage strategies
- Strong commercial acumen and relationship management capabilities
- Understanding of onboarding, fulfillment, monitoring, and client servicing processes
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to drive growth across multiple product lines and markets
