- Lead and oversee high volume recruitment campaigns across hospitality operations
- Partner with senior business leaders and department heads to develop workforce plans and recruitment strategies
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high quality talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, talent mapping, networking, and direct sourcing
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
- Monitor recruitment metrics, reporting, and workforce analytics to drive continuous improvement
- Lead recruitment planning for large scale hiring initiatives, seasonal demand, and business expansion projects
- Ensure compliance with recruitment processes, governance standards, and employer branding guidelines
- Act as a key escalation point for hiring managers, candidates, and recruitment partners
- Support and mentor recruiters within the project team, driving best practice and recruitment excellence
Requirements
- 6 10+ years of recruitment and talent acquisition experience within the UAE or GCC region
- Proven experience managing large scale recruitment projects within hospitality, hotels, F&B, retail, aviation, or similar high volume operational environments
- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior stakeholders and business leaders
- Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities, including advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience managing recruitment delivery against aggressive hiring targets and timelines
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills

About the Role
- We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead a large scale hiring project for a leading hospitality group in Dubai.
- This role will drive end to end recruitment strategy and delivery across multiple operational departments.
- This is a long term, annually renewable contract opportunity with potential for future internal opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee high volume recruitment campaigns across hospitality operations, including F&B, culinary, room service, guest relations, concierge, front office, retail, and customer facing functions.
- Partner with senior business leaders and department heads to develop workforce plans and recruitment strategies aligned to operational requirements.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract high quality talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, talent mapping, networking, and direct sourcing activities.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles to support future hiring requirements.
- Monitor recruitment metrics, reporting, and workforce analytics to drive continuous improvement and ensure delivery against hiring targets.

Key Requirements
- 6–10+ years of recruitment and talent acquisition experience within the UAE or GCC region.

- Demonstrated experience partnering with senior stakeholders and business leaders.
- Strong sourcing and talent mapping capabilities, including advanced use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment technologies.
- Experience managing recruitment delivery against aggressive hiring targets and timelines.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.
Desirable
- Previous experience leading recruitment teams or managing recruiters within a project environment.
- Experience supporting hotel openings, hospitality launches, or large scale workforce mobilisation projects.
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics, reporting, and workforce planning methodologies.
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous (French, Spanish, Russian, Chinese).
