Role Overview
Okta is seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive full-lifecycle recruitment for its Engineering organization across North America.
This is a contract position through staffing partner Magnit.
The recruiter will serve as a strategic talent advisor within the AMER Tech Recruiting team.
Compensation
- Compensation is listed as 108,000 to 135,000 to 162,000 CAD annually.
- The role is not eligible for Okta-sponsored benefits; Magnit will provide locally required benefits.
What You Will Do
- Own full-lifecycle recruitment for engineering and technical roles across the United States and Canada.
- Partner with hiring managers and leadership to define role scope and advise on talent gap mitigation.
- Build talent strategies balancing external hiring with internal mobility.
- Create sustainable pipelines aligned with diversity, inclusion, and high-performing engineering culture.
- Develop KPIs and analyze recruiting data to optimize sourcing, candidate experience, and time-to-hire.
- Use AI and automation to identify talent gaps, streamline screening, personalize outreach, and reduce manual work.
- Partner with Engineering and Product teams on custom AI-powered recruiting solutions.
