About the role
Lead the Agent Access Policies sub-team within Okta’s SecureAI group.
Build controls that enable least-privilege agentic access to enterprise resources.
Support runtime policy decisions for agents, tools, resources, and delegated employee actions.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage team performance, goals, career development, and an inclusive engineering culture.
- Define team strategy and roadmap with product management and technical leads.
- Drive quality, security, operational excellence, testing, and automation.
- Lead adoption of new technologies, including AI in the software development lifecycle.
- Deliver key projects through cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.
- Recruit, hire, and retain a diverse, high-performing engineering team.
Minimum requirements
- Lead, mentor, and develop engineers through performance management and career planning.
- Manage technical projects from planning to execution with Agile and CI/CD knowledge.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Contribute strategically to product and technical roadmaps.
