About SecureAI
Okta's SecureAI team is building identity security infrastructure for the agentic era.
The team focuses on securing AI agents, supporting agentic identity standards and protocols such as MCP, and enabling authenticated, authorized, and audited access at scale.
The Agent Access Policies team enables least-privilege agentic access to enterprise resources through per-agent, per-resource, and per-tool policy decisions.
What You'll Do
- Manage team performance, goals, career development, mentorship, and an inclusive environment.
- Partner with product management and technical leads on strategic direction and the team roadmap.
- Maintain high standards for quality, security, and operational excellence through effective processes, testing, and automation.
- Lead adoption of new technologies and practices, including AI integration into software development.
- Drive projects from inception to delivery with cross-functional collaboration and clear stakeholder communication.
- Recruit, hire, and retain engineering talent to build a diverse, high-performing team.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop engineers, including performance management and career growth planning.
