The team focuses on discovering, onboarding, protecting, and governing agentic identities and access decisions.
About the Role
The Staff Frontend Engineer joins the Agent Access Policies sub-team within Okta Secures AI.
The team enables least-privilege agent access through per-agent, per-resource, and per-tool policy decisions evaluated at runtime.
The role contributes to scalable enterprise software with rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and iterative delivery.
What You Will Do
- Lead, design, architect, and build scalable software using sound engineering architecture and processes.
- Collaborate with product owners, UX, and engineering teams to plan work and dependencies.
- Own code through design, implementation, automated testing, delivery, and monitoring.
- Build new products and features while addressing technical debt.
- Improve code, documentation, testing, monitoring, and engineering methodologies.
- Conduct code reviews and retrospectives, collaborate with partner teams, and mentor colleagues.
