- Conduct inspections of fit out works to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Prepare and review Inspection Requests (IRs), snag lists, and quality reports
- Monitor workmanship and materials to ensure project requirements are met
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve quality related issues
- Ensure all architectural finishes, joinery, ceilings, flooring, wall finishes, and related works meet project specifications
- Review method statements, material submittals, and mock ups
- Assist in implementing and maintaining the project's Quality Management System (QMS)
- Participate in project handover inspections and close out activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in quality control and fit out construction projects
- Strong knowledge of architectural finishes, fit out standards, and QA/QC procedures
- Experience with inspections, documentation, and consultant coordination
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem solving skills
