- Manage procurement of MEP materials for ongoing projects
- Source reliable suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships within the UAE market
- Evaluate quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize suppliers
- Ensure cost optimization while maintaining quality and project timelines
- Handle bulk purchasing and ensure timely material delivery
- Coordinate with project teams to understand material requirements and specifications
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation
- Monitor market trends and pricing for better purchasing decisions
Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of UAE experience in MEP/material procurement
- Strong knowledge of local suppliers and MEP materials market
- Proven expertise in vendor sourcing, negotiation, and cost control
- Experience handling bulk procurement for construction projects
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
