Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle for residential/commercial properties — from lead generation and client consultation to negotiation and closing
- Build and maintain a strong network of buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers, and investors
- Provide clients with expert advice on market trends, pricing strategy, property valuation, and investment potential
- Conduct property viewings, prepare listing presentations, and negotiate offers on behalf of clients
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular pipeline/sales reports to management
- Mentor and support junior consultants, sharing best practices and market insights
- Stay current on local property laws, regulations, and market conditions
- Represent the company at property exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings
Requirements
- Minimum 2 3 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of high value deal closures
- Valid real estate license/RERA certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong network of contacts within the local property market
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- In depth knowledge of local property laws, market trends, and financing options
- Self motivated, target driven, and able to work independently
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle

About the Role
