Role OverviewThe Property Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of a portfolio of residential and commercial properties.
This role goes beyond operations—combining leasing, financial oversight, tenant management, and landlord advisory to ensure strong occupancy, steady cash flow, and seamless property performance.
Key Responsibilities
(I) Portfolio ManagementManage a portfolio of residential and/or commercial propertiesOversee daily operations including meetings, approvals, and escalationsEnsure all properties are maintained to high operational standardsLeasing & Vacancy ManagementManage property listings across portals (Property Finder, Bayut, etc.)Coordinate and conduct viewingsNegotiate and close leasing transactionsMinimize vacancy periods through proactive leasing strategiesRecommend rental pricing aligned with market trends and RERA index(II) Financial & Collections ManagementMonitor rent collections and follow up on outstanding paymentsTrack arrears, delays, and bounced chequesCoordinate payment plans where requiredEnsure accurate and timely financial reporting to landlords and management(III) Tenant Lifecycle ManagementManage tenant onboarding, move-i
