- Lead and mentor a team of property consultants to consistently hit and exceed sales targets

- Monitor pipeline performance and provide coaching to improve team conversion rates
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, launches, and lead generation initiatives
- Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and market briefings
- Report to senior leadership on revenue forecasts, team KPIs, and market insights
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior sales role
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in the UAE property market
- Deep knowledge of Dubai's real estate landscape — developers, communities, regulations (RERA)
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate a diverse, fast paced team
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship building skills
- RERA certified (preferred)
- Valid UAE driving license
