Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements and drive sales across residential and commercial portfolio
- Identify and qualify leads, conduct property viewings, and present investment opportunities
- Prepare and negotiate offers, support clients through leasing or purchase process
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with local regulations
- Maintain up to date market knowledge and coordinate with internal teams
- Deliver high quality customer service before and after transactions
- Build long term relationships and represent the brand professionally
- Contribute to sales targets and business growth
Requirements
- Strong consulting and advisory skills for tailored real estate solutions
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Proven customer service skills with focus on relationship building
- Demonstrated sales experience in property sales or leasing with record of achieving targets
- Practical knowledge of real estate market, ideally within Qatar
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing or related field preferred
- Proficiency in CRM and property listing platforms, and strong basic computer skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages an advantage
- Ability to work on site in Doha and manage multiple client engagements
- High ethical standards, professionalism, and client centered approach

Role Description
- Lead client engagements and drive sales across the company’s residential and commercial portfolio.
- Identify and qualify leads, conduct property viewings, present investment opportunities, and advise clients.
- Prepare and negotiate offers, support clients through leasing or purchase process, and ensure accurate documentation and compliance.
- Maintain up to date market knowledge and coordinate closely with internal teams.
- Deliver high quality customer service before and after transactions.
- Build long term relationships, represent the brand professionally, and contribute to sales targets and business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong consulting and advisory skills for tailored real estate solutions.
- Excellent communication abilities including clear verbal and written communication and effective presentation skills.
- Proven customer service skills with focus on responsiveness, relationship building, and client satisfaction.
- Demonstrated sales experience, preferably in property sales or leasing, with a record of achieving or exceeding targets.
- Practical knowledge of the real estate market, ideally within Qatar.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM and property listing platforms, and strong basic computer skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage.
- Ability to work on site in Doha, manage multiple client engagements, and adapt to a fast paced, target driven environment.
