- Coordinate project planning and execution, monitor progress, organize review meetings, collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
- Manage project financials, including budgeting, expense tracking and reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability across all project activities.
- Develop business cases and justify investments to support project initiatives, ensuring alignment with priorities and clear value delivery.
- Drive the development, recommendation, and execution of a comprehensive project roadmap aligned with MRO Business Development objectives and long term goals.
- Ensure end to end execution of project plans across all MRO functional areas, working closely with key stakeholders and internal departments.
- Act as a central point of contact for stakeholder engagement, managing cross functional collaboration to ensure aligned, timely, and effective project delivery.
- Monitor compliance with project charters, SLAs, and contractual obligations, and support commercial processes such as invoicing, vendor management, and payment tracking.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, proactively addressing issues and implementing mitigation plans.
- Govern and continuously improve the MRO project management framework, including policies, tools, processes, and governance forums.
- Promote project management best practices by driving awareness, training, and adoption of standardized methodologies across teams.
Requirements
- High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification / Diploma or Equivalent with Minimum 7 years of job related experience OR Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 6 years of job related experience
- Project Management Experience
- Proficient in Project Management Tool (Microsoft Project, Clarizen)
- Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders

About the role
- Lead execution, monitoring, documentation and risk management of MRO Business Development projects, ensuring timely tracking of progress and regular updates to achieve targets and overall readiness, while aligning with strategic objectives and delivering defined project outcomes effectively.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Coordinate project planning and execution, monitor progress, organize review meetings, collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
- Manage project financials, including budgeting, expense tracking and reporting, ensuring transparency and accountability across all project activities.
- Develop business cases and justify investments to support project initiatives, ensuring alignment with priorities and clear value delivery.
- Drive the development, recommendation, and execution of a comprehensive project roadmap aligned with MRO Business Development objectives and long term goals.
- Ensure end to end execution of project plans across all MRO functional areas, working closely with key stakeholders and internal departments (e.g., IT, Finance, Procurement, Contracts, CAMO, and other business units).
- Act as a central point of contact for stakeholder engagement, managing cross functional collaboration to ensure aligned, timely, and effective project delivery.
- Ensure alignment and secure buy in from MRO leadership and stakeholders through regular updates and clear communication to support decision making.
- Monitor compliance with project charters, SLAs, and contractual obligations, and support commercial processes such as invoicing, vendor management, and payment tracking.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, proactively addressing issues and implementing mitigation plans.
- Ensure all risks, assumptions, and constraints are properly documented, communicated, and escalated when required.
- Govern and continuously improve the MRO project management framework, including policies, tools, processes, and governance forums to maintain consistency and efficiency.
- Promote project management best practices by driving awareness, training, and adoption of standardized methodologies across teams.
About You
- High School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 7 years of job related experience OR Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 6 years of job related experience
- Project Management Experience
- Proficient in Project Management Tool (Microsoft Project, Clarizen)
- Experience working with diverse teams and stakeholders
