Beneficial Experience
Experience of flood risk management and/or environmental outcomes project management for projects typically between £2m to £15m.
Experience of procurement and managing NEC contracts.
Experience of commercial management and working with commercial functions.
Experience of working within multi-disciplinary teams, managing contractors, consultants and other advisors on infrastructure projects.
Experience of consultancy, contractor or client-side project management.
Familiarity with public sector organisations, non-departmental or arm’s length bodies relevant to infrastructure.
Delivery within operational environments.
Experience of Development and / or Delivery stages.
Knowledge and experience of sustainability principles.
Qualifications
- Degree or HND qualification in a management, construction or infrastructure related subject, or equivalent experience.
- Professional affiliation, qualification or near qualified status with the APM, ICE, CIWEM, or similar professional institution.
- Project management certification (APM/PRINCE2/MSP).
- NEC PM Accreditations or qualifications.
- CDM Awareness.
