Malomatia is seeking a Senior Project Manager with strong Agile coaching expertise.
The role will lead and optimize delivery processes across multiple portfolios.
The position focuses on Agile transformation, improved delivery flow, and alignment of Agile outcomes to business value.
Experience and Qualifications
- At least 12 years of experience in IT delivery, including at least 7 years in Agile coaching and transformation.
- Proven experience in enterprise-level Agile adoption and project or program management.
- Hands-on experience with scaled Agile frameworks, DevSecOps, and automation practices.
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks including SAFe, LeSS, Scrum, Kanban, and DAD.
- Expertise in Agile metrics, OKRs, and value realization.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership coaching skills.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other Agile lifecycle tools.
- Ability to bridge business and technology teams for effective transformation.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in banking or financial services is preferred.
- Ability to tailor frameworks to organizational needs rather than applying them rigidly is preferred.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills are preferred, including keynote speaking or training experience.
