About the Role

- Lead day to day project management across scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and stakeholder interfaces
- Establish and maintain robust project governance, including workplans, reporting frameworks, action/risk/issue tracking, and change control processes
- Coordinate and integrate multidisciplinary teams to deliver high quality, efficient project outputs
- Manage interfaces with contractors, EPCs, clients, consultants, and other stakeholders
- Support business development activities for renewable energy pursuits
- Contribute to strengthening the PPCM Calgary offering by enhancing delivery consistency, client relationships, and market presence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., engineering, construction management, project management)
- 7+ years of experience delivering complex projects in consulting, engineering, or construction environments
- Renewable energy or power sector experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating delivery across multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience supporting or leading renewable energy and power projects

The Opportunity
- Lead day to day project management across scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, and stakeholder interfaces to ensure successful project outcomes

- Coordinate and integrate multidisciplinary teams to deliver high quality, efficient project outputs
- Manage interfaces with contractors, EPCs, clients, consultants, and other stakeholders, fostering strong and collaborative working relationships throughout project delivery
- Support business development activities for renewable energy pursuits, including strategy development, team coordination, and delivery planning
- Contribute to strengthening the PPCM Calgary offering by enhancing delivery consistency, client relationships, and market presence
Is this role right for you?
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., engineering, construction management, project management, or similar)
- 7+ years of experience delivering complex projects in consulting, engineering, or construction environments, with renewable energy or power sector experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating delivery across multiple stakeholders and interfaces
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, including experience working directly with contractors and client representatives
- Experience supporting or leading renewable energy and power projects
What We Offer You
- Calgary Hiring Range: CAD 105,000 to CAD 115,000 per year
