- Project management experience in the delivery of complex building projects across various sectors
- Experience of the design, procurement and construction stages of a project
- Degree in a relevant discipline and membership of a relevant professional body (APM, RICS, ICE, RIBA, CIOB)
- Knowledge of advisory and consulting disciplines, including bidding and work winning
- Experience in Project Planning, Project Controls, Commercial Management or Contract Administration with strong P6 skills
- Team leadership/management experience
